  • Extensive tutorial for rookies
  • Multiplayer mode
  • Game Center support
  • That classic retro feel

You can also read reviews of the original Speedball 2: Brutal Deluxe game when it was first released in 1990. All the major formats of the time are covered in these reviews – Amiga Atari ST, Megadrive and Commodore 64. Reading some of these reviews again really brought back a lot of happy memories. I also love the Amiga disc loading noise that was featured in the first teaser trailer. Nice touch. Ah, nostalgia :-)

If you fancy even more nostalgia, then have a listen to the brilliant Speedball 2: Brutal Deluxe title music.

I can’t wait to see what this new version is like to play as I loved the original game to bits. Ice cream, ice cream! Replay! Get ready!

Speedball 2: Evolution will be available in Feb 2011 from the App store for iPod Touch, iPhone and iPad.
