E3 2016: Ubisoft Conference

E3 2016 - Ubisoft Conference

They opened with a ridiculous dance number. Of course they did! Just Dance 2017 is a thing.

Ghost Recon: Wildlands

There is shooting and MEN and cars and MEN and a helicopter. You’re going after the corrupt cartel because you’re the good guys, goddamnit. It’s a military shooter that can be played both solo and co-op.

El Pozolero is the target for a mission. He makes the cartel enemy’s bodies disappear, hence the elbow-length gloves and rubber apron. Here’s the gameplay video.

South Park: The Fractured But Whole

The kids of South Park are playing superheroes but have reached the point where they are fighting amongst themselves.

Also, they’re apparently selling figurines.

Pre-purchase the game today and you can get The Stick of Truth for free.

The Division: Underground

Fighting against a threat under the city. Every time you play the challenge will be unique, though they didn’t tell us how they actually switch things up each session for “infinite replayability”

If you have Ubisoft Club, you get a new outfit for Ghost Recon, Splinter Cell and Rainbow Six

The Division Outfits

The Division: Survival

I don’t know why I should care.

Eagle Flight VR

They showed a multiplayer “capture the flag” game where you play as eagles bringing a rabbit to their base. Don’t let a rival eagle touch you or you’ll explode.

Eagle VR

Star Trek: Bridge Crew

Control the USS Aegis in VR. Be with your friends while not actually seeing your friends.

For Honor

Nice CG and stuff.

Here’s the gameplay walkthrough trailer. It looks like Ryse: Son of Rome but it’s not.

Out 14th February 2017.

Grow Up

It’s the sequel to Grow Home

Trials of the Blood Dragon

Trials gets the Blood Dragon treatment. Yes, the bike game and the Far Cry standalone weird game.

It’s out today on PC, PS4 and Xbox One.

Assassin’s Creed The Movie

Frank Marshall talked about the film without really saying much. Apparently they have good parkour people for the stunts.

Watch Dogs 2

It looks like Watch Dogs only with a different protagonist and set in San Francisco. Lots of sneaking around, getting weird info on people and hacking stuff.

PlayStation owners will get access to all DLCs 30 days before they are available on any other platform.

Pre-purchase from the Ubi Store and you get a little RC robot to annoy your co-workers with.

wd2-wrench-edition

Steep

Snowboard and ski your way down mountains. Zoom out into Mountain View to check out the surrounding landscape. The game records your route down the mountain, allows you to replay it and send your routes as a challenge to your friends.
