Unsurprisingly, the release trailer for Killzone 3 features a massive amount of guns, violence, weapons, big machines, fights, explosions, buildings collapsing, kneecappings, jetpacks and Helghast. Yeah, I think that just about covers it. Killzone 3 is also PlayStation Move compatible, so here’s a reason to dust off and reconnect your PlayStation Eye and charge up those Move controllers. Is anyone [...]

Sony released the Open Beta for Killzone 3 on Feb 3rd, which should currently be giving players a taste of the unique Killzone multiplayer experience. Unfortunately, there seem to be a lot of server issues, which have seen large numbers of players simply being unable to connect to the game. I have personally been unable to connect to the Killzone [...]

I don’t usually comment on either Xbox Live or PlayStation network maintenance periods, but this is a quite a long one during peak gaming time for the UK. This deserves a Sad Panda :-(

Time to talk about 2 highly anticipated shooters that I got to play at the recent Eurogamer Expo, one of which you can play now (Halo:Reach) and the other you’ll have to wait until Feb 2011 (Killzone 3). Halo: Reach Interestingly, my queue time for Halo: Reach was zero. Even though there were only a few Xbox 360s running Halo: [...]

From the 25th October 2010 Sony will be running a Killzone 3 beta. Yeah, it really doesn’t seem its been that long since Killzone 2 was released! This Killzone 3 beta will allow players to check out the new ‘Operations’ game type, the jetpacks and exoskeleton vehicles and the party system. Anyway, to be part of this beta you essentially [...]

Yep, looks like Killzone. Sony have released this video showing off what we can expect in Killzone 3. Buy the looks of it, it’s lots of giant exoskeleton carnage, jetpacks, mounted guns and neck breaking/stabbing. Mmm, could be fun. Killzone 3 is due for release on the 25th Feb 2011 only on PlayStation 3.
