Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate Demo and Release Dated

Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate has finally been given a confirmed release date of 22nd March 2013 in Europe. It will be released on Wii U and 3DS. Those of you with lots of money can buy both and transfer your saves between devices for extra monster hunting time.

Rather embarassingly, I know nothing about the Monster Hunter series but since I’ve heard great things from my friends, I will definitely be checking out the demo when it’s out on Wii U (and 3DS) on 21st February. According to the press release, the demo will have one beginner and one advanced single-player quest. You’ll be able to choose from 12 weapons as you hunt down Lagombi and Plesioth, whatever they are. Monsters, presumably.
