Spot the Game References in Wreck-It Ralph

Nick and I finally got around to seeing Wreck-It Ralph last weekend. It’s absolutely wonderful and a joy to pick out all the blink-and-you’ll-miss-it game references in the background.

If you haven’t seen the film yet, you really should. But don’t go on an empty stomach – the film features a game called Sugar Rush and… just eat beforehand, okay?

I’ve compiled a bunch of screenshots from Game Central, one of the busiest areas of the film. Who can you spot?

       Yup. Definitely Sonic. The one I’m most curious about is the blue guy in the third pic. I think maybe he’s Dig Dug? Not sure.
