Battlefield Play4Free – Be Part Of The Closed Beta

If you don’t fancy paying for Call of Duty: Black Ops then from the 30th Nov 2010 you can start playing Battlefield for free as part of the closed beta. The free to play game goes live in Spring 2011. You can register now for a place in the closed beta at www.battlefield.play4free.com.

Battlefield Play4Free will contain the most popular maps from Battlefield 2 as well as the classes and weapons of Battlefield: Bad Company 2. In addition the game will also feature 16 vehicles like the F35 VTOL jet fighter.

James Salt, the senior producer of Battlefield Play4Free said this about the game:

“We broke new ground in 2009 with the launch of Battlefield Heroes; a game that has 6M registered players worldwide. Now we are complementing that arcade shooter with a core, realistic Battlefield shooter experience that fans have been clamouring for…. Battlefield Play4Free is for serious shooter fans who are looking for a premium – but free – experience that rivals top console titles.”

Battlefield Play4Free is due for release in spring 2011 on PC.
