The LEGO Universe beta sign-up page has gone live. LEGO Universe is a Massively Multiplayer Online Game (MMOG) based on the LEGO play experience. I’ve no idea when the beta is due to go live or what it’s going to be like. But what the hell, it’s LEGO!!!!!

LEGO Universe will be available sometime in the future on PC.

Even though Aion is still in closed beta, some great machinima is already springing up from in-game footage. If you know what a FedEx quest is, watch this vid.

League of Legends will be a new competitive multiplayer online game. Rather than the traditional MMO avatar, you play a “Summoner” who can call forth champions to rain down different kinds of destruction on teams of enemies. Check out the trailer below.

You can read biographies for 23 of the upcoming champions, with more on the way. I have to say, Twisted Fate looks suspiciously like Gambit to me.

Eurogamer.net is giving away even more keys to the latest closed beta of Tabula Rasa, after the previous bunch got snapped up.

Steps to get a beta key this time:

• First Register for Eurogamers. You can do this here.
• Then go to the beta keys page here.
• Now visit PlayNC to set up your account (or add to your existing PlayNC acount).
• Finally, download and install Tabula Rasa (warning – it’s a 3Gb download).

Closed beta play session times:

• Monday and Wednesday, 5:00pm-2:00am BST (British Summer Time).
• Friday 5:00pm-Monday 2:00am BST (British Summer Time).

NOTE: This current beta ends on the 5th Sept 2007.

Steps to get a beta key (3514 left at 11pm 8th Aug 07):

• Then go to the beta keys page here.
• Now visit PlayNC to set up your account (or add to your existing PlayNC acount).
• Finally, download and install Tabula Rasa – 2841.08Mb.

There’s a couple of further bits of information about these keys. They are for the European servers and you can only play at the following times:

• Session #1 Wed 8th Aug 17:00 – 02:00 (BST)
• Session #2 Fri-Sun 10-12th Aug 17:00 – 00:00 (BST)
• Session #3 Mon 13th Aug 17:00 – 02:00 (BST)
• Session #4 Wed 15th Aug 17:00 – 02:00 (BST)
• Session #5 Fri-Sun 17-19th Aug 17:00 – 00:00 (BST)

Update 9th Aug 07: Still 3187 keys available at 10am this morning. I won’t be playing this until the next available session on Friday. The initial download is quick enough (on my broadband anyway), but then 1st patch download kicks in and takes an age to finish. Boo.
