We’re redecorating at the moment, so don’t panic if the site looks messy for a bit.

It’s not a total revamp, just some things that I’ve been meaning to clean up for a long time now. Will update this post when it’s all over.

• Improved colour scheme. The white bits always did look pretty ugly

• A bunch of accessibility-friendly behind-the-scenes changes

The Average Gamer is a year old today. Hooray! I made tiny birthday cupcakes to celebrate.

To anyone out there who’s thinking of starting up a games website to get free stuff, the list of things we’ve managed to blag so far this year is:
