Rather than the traditional MMO avatar, you play a “Summoner” who can call forth champions to rain down different kinds of destruction on teams of enemies. Check out the trailer below.

You can read biographies for 23 of the upcoming champions, with more on the way. I have to say, Twisted Fate looks suspiciously like Gambit to me.
