Goddamn Microsoft.
I had to take my moms debit card because it was just too damn irresistable (2 months for like 85% off) and now i have to tell my mother
"Hey mom you know how you let me buy xbox live Gold after alot of thinking and being worried? Well now you have to either cancel your Bank Account and you may still get charged, or just pay the fucking high price for the rest of your life"
Oh and P.S. My family are not the richest people in the world, city, town, area, or even the house (Which we rent)
So thank you Microsoft for giving my mother a stroke and me loosing my parents faith, they will never trust me again.
P.S.S. The Remove Feature is bullshit, it doesnt work for me atleast ;/

Dang, i used my mother's credit card(with her permission) to buy a 3 month gold on my acount because on the day i bought the 3 month gold, it was half price 12.50.... Afterwards, i told my friend that i did this and he told me that it was a big ass mistake... he told me that it will continuously renew once your membership expires, i started getting all worried due to my mother getting my mad at be because i bought other items which led to me getting yelled at, Now im trying to cancel the credit card on my acount and its a load of BullSH*T because the feature on xbox that allows you to remove your credit card is just a trap and a money sucker so whoever reads this PLEASE JUST BY PRE-PAID CARDS because microsoft are greedy idiots who do anything for money, even scamming their customers...They deserved to lose billions because of the ROD incidents

@Greg> Well, I shouldn't have to cancel my card to stop a service. And also Microsoft can still charge cancelled bank cards.
Check out Weefz post on this:

well i have been requesting to have my credit card removed for the past 4 months and they keep charging it monthly. i have taken there call backs and informed that the card was removed and then got charged the next month. i have gone as far as changing the name and expiration date in the system it self and they are still charging the card because they keep the origanial information in there system. last week i spoke to them and was informed that it would be removed and they would credit my card well they did credit my card and then charged it again two days later. i have to cancell the card in order to get this to stop. xbox needs to step up and stop screwing around....

This is ridiculous! I purchased some Microsoft Points (I think that's what they're called) for my son, and now my credit card information is in his Xbox 360. I'm assuming that he'll now be able to purchase whatever he wants through the Xbox without my knowing. The fact that I cannot remove my credit card information (without what is sounding like a huge pain if even possible) is very unprofessional of Microsoft, considering a majority of its players are children and teens. The least they could have done is show a warning before your information is entered telling you that your information would be stored. Then at least you have the choice and control of your information. I will be contacting Microsoft myself, and will post any new info I get.

Aman - Check that the card has actually expired and maybe even check with your bank about it.
Sounds like you will need to phone Xbox Live support to to either cancel your card and/or the service you've subscribed too.
